3 oz. La Marca Prosecco Rosé
1 oz. New Amsterdam Stratusphere Gin
.75 oz. Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
Add ingredients (except La Marca Prosecco Rosé) into a cocktail shaker filled with a scoop of ice and shake to combine/chill. Uncap the shaker and add La Marca Prosecco Rosé. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed/pebble ice and garnish with expressed lemon or grapefruit peel.
